Clash Between Transport Workers And SCC Staffers, Police: 3 Cases Filed

Three cases have been recorded regarding the previous conflict between transport laborers and police, Sylhet City Corporation (SCC) staff members following endeavor to remove an unlawful microbus remain on Chowhatta-Amberkhana street in Sylhet

Among the cases documented with Kotwali Police Station the previous evening, two were recorded by police while another by the SCC, our Sylhet reporter reports citing Officer-in-Charge of the police headquarters SM Abu Farhad. 

One of the cases was recorded under Arms Act by Sub-assessor Mostafizur Rahman against Foysol Ahmed Fahad, the Liberation War undertakings secretary of Swechchhasebak League's Sylhet city unit, who was confined with guns from the spot yesterday. 

Sub-investigator Abdul Mannan recorded another argument against 17 named and 100-150 anonymous vehicle laborers for assaulting a lot police during the legal expulsion drive. 

For the situation recorded by the SCC, the city company's Sub-aide Engineer Debabrata Das blamed 10 named and 100-150 anonymous people for banishing SSC authorities and laborers from releasing their obligations. 

SM Abu Farhad, official accountable for Kotwali Police Station, said, "Just a single individual was kept from the spot with guns. We are directing drives to capture the other denounced."
